The Y types of strainer adopts a Y-shaped structure, forming a medium flow channel and a filtering chamber. Commonly used materials include ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, etc.
The Y type of strainer has simple structure, relatively low manufacturing cost, and good durability.
The y type strainer filter hasn’t additional disassembly of pipelines is required. Simply unscrew the valve cover bolts to remove the filter screen for cleaning. The operation steps are simple and do not require professional tools, greatly reducing downtime for maintenance.
The filter screen is made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant, not easily deformed, has a long service life, and can be repeatedly cleaned and used.
Standard export wooden case packaging ensures safe transit and protection for industrial components.
The WCB Y type strainer can be installed at the suction or outlet of the pump to prevent welding slag, rust, sand and gravel from entering the pump body, causing wear on the impeller and seals.
