The PTFE valve seat provides superior corrosion resistance. The valve body cavity, flange sealing surface, and key components of the valve plate are fully coated with PTFE (or reinforced FEP) lining. This design isolates corrosive media such as strong acids, alkalis, oxidants, and organic solvents from direct contact with the metal body, making it ideal for harsh environments like chemical processing and electroplating.
Featuring a soft sealing structure, the PTFE seat is precisely adhered to the fluorine-lined plate. Combined with a symmetrical centerline design, the sealing performance reaches ANSI VI level, meeting requirements for high-purity, toxic, or volatile media.
The midline structure ensures balanced force distribution during rotation, significantly reducing torque. Manual operation is effortless, and it supports rapid response with pneumatic/electric actuators (typically ≤ 2 seconds).
The stainless steel integrated valve stem is covered with fluoroplastic to prevent rust and erosion. A no-pin connection between the plate and stem eliminates gaps and prevents jamming during operation.
We use standard export-grade wooden cases to ensure the safety and integrity of the valves during international transit.
Widely utilized for pipeline control of corrosive media (sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, chlor-alkali), as well as in wastewater treatment and exhaust gas recovery systems.
