This pneumatic ball valve can be equipped with solenoid valves (to control the on/off of the air source), valve positioners (to achieve proportional adjustment function), and limit switches (to provide feedback on the valve's opening and closing status) according to actual control needs, forming a complete automation control circuit.
PTFE lined ball valves have extremely high chemical stability and can withstand corrosion from strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. They are suitable for a wide pH range and can be used in any strongly corrosive medium except for "molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine".
The soft seal valve seat is made of materials such as PTFE or F46, with a leakage level of up to ANSI Class VI, and some models can achieve zero leakage.
Pneumatic actuators typically have a response time of ≤ 0.5 seconds and can quickly respond to control signals, supporting remote automation control.
