The valve seat is made of PTFE material, which has an extremely low friction coefficient, excellent chemical stability, and good self-lubricating properties. It can effectively resist corrosion from various strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents, ensuring long-term reliability in harsh environments.
The midline structure allows the butterfly plate to be concentric with the valve seat throughout the entire process. Combined with the excellent fit of the PTFE valve seat, it achieves bi-directional pressure sealing without distinguishing the medium's flow direction, making installation more flexible. The low friction and elastic compensation of PTFE effectively counteract butterfly plate deformation for zero leakage sealing.
The valve body and butterfly plate are crafted from 304/316 stainless steel, offering superior resistance to oxidation and acids. The PTFE valve seat maintains chemical stability against strong acids, bases, and organic solvents. This combination is ideal for corrosive media (salt spray, organic solvents) and high-purity media (food, beverage, pharmaceuticals).
Standard export wooden case packaging is utilized to ensure the integrity of the product during international transit.
Widely used in pipeline systems across chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, and environmental protection industries. It is particularly effective for handling highly corrosive and high-purity fluid media such as acid-base solutions and organic solvents.
