Characteristics
The stainless steel gate valves can operate stably within the range of -200 ℃ (ultra-low temperature liquid nitrogen working condition) to 600 ℃ (high temperature steam working condition), and are not easily oxidized or deformed at high temperatures, with no risk of brittle fracture at low temperatures. It has a wider temperature range and is suitable for more extreme working conditions.

Core Advantages
Flexible structural adaptability: It can be designed as a visible or hidden stem structure. The visible stem type allows for intuitive determination of opening/closing status and protects the stem from corrosion. The concealed rod structure is compact for limited spaces. It supports various connections like flanges, butt welding, and clamps.
Lightweight and environmentally friendly: Stainless steel offers higher strength than carbon steel. Under the same pressure level, the wall thickness can be reduced, making the valve 10%-20% lighter. Additionally, the material is 100% recyclable, meeting modern environmental requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What is the applicable temperature range for these gate valves?
A: These valves are designed to operate from ultra-low temperatures of -200°C up to high-temperature conditions of 600°C without risk of brittle fracture or deformation.
Q2: Which international standards do these valves comply with?
A: Our stainless steel gate valves are manufactured in accordance with EN, API, DIN, and GOST standards.
Q3: Are these valves suitable for bidirectional flow?
A: Yes, these metal seat gate valves feature a bidirectional sealing direction with a zero-leakage sealing grade.
Q4: What are the main benefits of using stainless steel over carbon steel?
A: Stainless steel is more corrosion-resistant, offers higher strength-to-weight ratios (making the valve 10-20% lighter), and is 100% recyclable.
Q5: In which industries are these valves commonly used?
A: They are widely applied in chemical industrial parks, pharmaceutical water treatment, seawater desalination, and high-temperature steam systems.
Q6: What type of packaging is used for shipping?
A: We use standard export wooden cases to ensure the valves are protected from physical damage and environmental factors during transport.
