The 200X pressure reducing valve is a functional valve that regulates and controls the pipeline pressure by using the energy of the medium itself. The outlet pressure of the main valve can be adjusted by adjusting the relief pilot valve. The outlet pressure does not change due to the change of inlet pressure and inlet flow. The outlet pressure is safely and reliably maintained at the set value, and the set value can be adjusted according to the need to achieve the purpose of pressure reduction. The valve features accurate pressure reduction, stable performance, safety and reliability, convenient installation and long service life.
The main valve of the 200X relief pressure valve adopts rubber diaphragm + soft seal structure, with good sealing performance, not easy to leak, and reduce water waste. The valve body is mostly made of nodular cast iron/steel, with high strength, water pressure resistance, wear resistance and long service life.
Microfilters are standard to prevent foreign matter from seizing the pilot valve, reduce failures, and extend service life. The pressure gauge can be equipped to visually monitor the inlet and outlet pressure for the convenience of commissioning, patrol inspection and troubleshooting. Easy to disassemble and clean, simple maintenance and low cost.
