This removeable seat metal seal butterfly valve features modular replaceable seat which can be changed on line without valve removal. Stellite hardfacing creates metal-to-metal sealing; triple eccentric design ensures friction-free operation and self-tightening bidirectional tight shutoff. Solid flanged body is pressure-resistant and compatible with pneumatic actuator for high-temperature and abrasive medium service.

Characteristics

This replaceable seat metal-to-metal butterfly valve adopts a triple eccentric structure with stellite hardfacing. The modular seat can be replaced on the pipeline without removing the whole valve to save maintenance costs. Featuring friction-free opening and self-tightening bidirectional zero leakage, it withstands high temperatures and particle erosion. Equipped with flanged ends and optional pneumatic actuator, it is widely used for steam, flue gas, and abrasive medium in power, heating, and chemical industries.
