The triple eccentric butterfly valve adopts a three-offset structure, which eliminates friction between sealing surfaces during opening and closing. Equipped with metal hard seal, it features excellent high temperature resistance, pressure resistance and abrasion resistance. It provides reliable bi-directional tight shutoff with low operating torque. Compact in structure, it can be fitted with various actuators and works stably under harsh working conditions.
1. Sealing Advantages: The triple eccentric butterfly valve adopts a triple eccentric frictionless structure, ensuring no abrasion of the sealing surface throughout the entire opening and closing process, thereby completely solving the problem of wear and leakage in ordinary butterfly valves. The metal hard seal achieves bidirectional zero leakage, providing stable sealing that is unaffected by high temperatures, high pressures, and pressure differential changes.
2. Working Condition Resistance: The high performance butterfly valve resistant to high temperatures, high pressures, erosion, and particulate impurities. Capable of withstanding harsh working conditions such as steam, high-temperature flue gas, heat transfer oil, dust, and particulate-containing sewage.
